Jessica Eastman, as the dependent widow of David Bentley, deceased, and on behalf of Bentley’s three minor children (hereinafter “the plaintiff’), appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of R. Warehousing and Port Services Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “R. Warehousing”). The plaintiff asserts (1) that she is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law (“JML”) on R.
