On May 11, 1984, appellants were informed that Jon’s employer, Eastern Airlines, was transferring him and he was to begin work on May 30, 1984. On May 18 and 19, 1984, appellants, having travelled to Kansas City, visited several apartment complexes for a place to live, including respondent’s Continental Apartment Complex.
