This is an original action in this court wherein A. E. Bourne, petitioner, seeks a writ of prohibition directing the Hon. Hal Johnson, judge of the district court of Pottawatomie county, Okla., and others, from proceeding further in a certain cause filed in the district court of Pottawatomie county.
