OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Petitioner-Appellant Thomas Neville appeals from the denial of his Ind.Post-Convietion Rule 1 Petition for Post-Conviction Relief.

ISSUES

Neville present three issues for our review:

1. Whether the cocaine that was recovered in a search of his home was within the seope of the search warrant;

2. Whether Neville received effective assistance of trial counsel; and

3. Whether the post-conviction court erred when it summarily dismissed Ne-ville's petition for post-conviction relief.
