ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM CODEBTOR STAY

WILLIAM A. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court upon two motions by the Ohio Student Loan Commis sion for relief from the co-maker automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 1301(a) and (c) and § 362. This proceeding arises in a case referred to this court by the standing order of reference in this district and is determined to be a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G).

This opinion constitutes the court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
