Finger, as administratrix and individually, and as guardian and next friend of her two minor children, Albert Willis and James Weston Finger; and Grace Alberta Finger, a minor, by her guardian and next friend, Tom Milhol-lan — sued the appellant, International & Great Northern Railroad Company for damages sustained on account of the death of Albert W.
