This case .was brought originally in the District Court of the Unitqd States for the eastern district of Louisiana; and on the trial certain exceptions, were taken to the ruling of the Court by the plaintiff, and which he now brings before, this Court on a writ of error.
The action was brought by petition, in the form peculiar, to the Courts of Louisiana, to compel the defendant to render an account as curator of the estate of Nicholas Stone, or Stein, deceased.
