Plaintiff brought this action to recover $28.48, the balance claimed to be due it from defendants for services rendered by James Eiggs in hauling logs in the pine woods at the request of defendants, the claim for which was assigned by Eiggs to plaintiff. On the trial, the court, without a jury, found for plaintiff. From an order denying a new trial, defendants appeal.
