MEMORANDUM
WOODWARD, District Judge.
The question for consideration by the court in the present case concerns the propriety of removal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(c). This case originally was filed in the State District Court of Wheeler County. The defendants filed petitions for removal, and the plaintiffs have filed their motion to remand. The defendants and plaintiffs have filed briefs in support of their respective positions, and oral argument was heard before the court in Amarillo on February 17, 1976.
