WALLS, Senior District Judge.

Presently before the Court is whether Defendants Cendant Corporation and certain other Defendants (“Cendant”), 1 under the Stipulation of Settlement (“Stipulation”) with Lead Plaintiffs California Public Employees’ Retirement System, New York State Common Retirement Fund, and New York City Pension Funds (“Lead Plaintiffs”), 2 may petition the Court for reimbursement of certain fees and expenses arising out of its litigation with Ernst & Young LLP (“E & Y”) 3 when any net recovery from that litigation is to be shared between Lead Plaintiffs and Cen-dant.…
