This case is before this Court pursuant to a request by petitioners for a writ of mandamus and/or prohibition. The petitioners are three juveniles charged with capital offenses. Two of the petitioners request this Court to issue a writ of mandamus directing the prosecuting attorney of Raleigh County to dismiss indictments brought against them.
