Frank Lamar Grilliette appeals from a judgment entered by the district court on a jury verdict. He seeks recovery for personal injuries sustained by him, allegedly as a result of the negligence of defendant Arkansas Cement Corporation. 1 The district court’s jurisdiction was based upon diversity of citizenship, and the applicable substantive law is that of Arkansas.
