Reversing.

Appellee, Crumbaugh, prayed a mandatory injunction in the lower court against the 'Scott county board of education and each member thereof, requiring the board to pay the tuition of his son, eligible to high school, at the Georgetown high school, operated by the board of education of Georgetown, for the attendance of his son at that institution.
