PRICE, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from a conviction for robbery. Punishment was fixed at imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of ten years.. According to the testimony, Mr. Arthur Wilson operated a service station in Castleberry, Alabama. On April 10, 1970, he was beaten and robbed of $750.00. The robber fled on foot and got into an automobile driven by defendant and the two men drove away.
