This appeal is taken from an order of the district court denying the petition of a Florida state prisoner for the writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.
Appellant, represented by court-appointed counsel was tried by a jury, convicted of rape, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. His direct appeal was dismissed for failure to file timely notice of appeal.
