On March 23, 1998 the plaintiffs, Alan Rosenberg and his spouse, Lynne Rosenberg, filed a six-count revised complaint against the defendants.1 The causes of action asserted in the complaint arise out of Alan Rosenberg's employment with the Meriden housing authority (authority) and the termination of this employment.
