Metzger, Charles Strauss, and Arthur Edelstein (jointly, plaintiffs) brought suit against defendants New Century Oil and Gas Supply Corporation Income and Development Program-1982, New Century Oil and Gas Supply Corporation (jointly, the New Century defendants), Sherman Mazur, Gerald H. Weiner, Richard A. Wall, and Wells Fargo Bank (the Bank), seeking rescission of the sale of partnership units and damages stemming from that sale.
