Plaintiffs leased a piano to defendant's by a contract in writing, which authorized the prothonotary of any court of record, in case of default in the payment of rent, to confess judgment against defendants for the amount thereof. By virtue of this authority plaintiffs caused the prothonotary of Court of Common Pleas No. 2 of Philadelphia County to enter a judgment on the lease.
