Bais Yaakov (“Plaintiff’) filed a complaint against ACT, Inc. (“Defendant”) on July 30, 2012 for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. s. 227 (“TCPA”) and a similar New York Law, N.Y. General Business Law s. 396-aa.
