*1215Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Zambelli, J.), rendered October 9, 2007, convicting him of murder in the first degree, attempted murder in the first degree (three counts), assault in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
