This is an appeal to the County Court of Chautauqua county from a judgment of the Municipal Court of Dunkirk, awarding the plaintiff $750 for injuries to himself and automobile upon a complaint alleging negligence *301upon the part of the defendant. The plaintiff is a physician and surgeon practicing his profession in the city of Dunkirk, EL Y. The defendant is a street railroad company operating a local and interurban electric railway between Dunkirk and Fredonia and other points.
