Appellant, Carl J. Freeman, appeals the order of the Columbia County Circuit Court appointing appellees, Bruce and Beth Rushton, as guardians of the person and estate of their grandson, Alec.[1] Appellant argues only one point for reversal: the circuit court erred as a matter of law by granting custody to the child's maternal grandparents instead of to him, the fit biological father. We affirm.
