Minor plaintiff, John E. Williams, Jr., nine years old, was injured as a result of a fall through a skylight constructed upon a roof of defendant’s factory premises at the southeast corner of Otterman and Washington Streets, in Greensburg. The plant was built upon land bounded on the north by Otterman Street, on the west by Washington Street, on the east by a cement alley, on the south partly by lands of other owners from which it was divided by a fence, and on the southeast by a school playground.
