DECISION
This matter comes before the Court for decision on the motion of the third-party defendants, Richard Zompa and Cheryl DeMelo, (Zompa and DeMelo) to dismiss a complaint against them brought by the defendants and counterclaim plaintiffs, Peter Zanni (Zanni), Roma Construction Co., Inc. (Roma) and Ace Development Corporation (Ace). They argue that the counterclaim (1) violatesR.C.P.
