On consideration before the Court is a complaint filed by Condor One, Inc. (hereinafter “Condor”), to determine the extent and priority of Condor’s lien against certain accrued rents, and to require turnover or, alternatively, to enjoin the use of said funds. On July, 17, 1995, Condor filed the above-styled adversary proceeding. On the same day, Debtors filed their Complaint to Determine Validity and Extent of Liens with respect to the accrued rents.
