This appeal is from the dismissal of a CPLR article 78 petition challenging the determination of the Superintendent of Bronx High Schools, affirmed by the Chancellor of the New York City Board of Education and the Central Board of Education, suspending petitioner, a 15-year-old student at William Howard Taft High School, from school for one year on a finding that he had carried a concealed, loaded handgun to school.
