In a divorce action, the plaintiff wife appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Buschmann, J.), dated August 18, 1982, as granted the defendant husband’s motion for reverse partial summary judgment in the wife’s favor. Appeal dismissed, without costs or disbursements. In Leeds v Leeds (94 AD2d 788), the defendant husband’s motion for reverse partial summary judgment was denied by Special Term.
