The named plaintiffs Anthony Chariot, Alan Remache, Jose Tejada, Gregory Ger-muska, Garwyn Richmond, Matt Riggs, and Christopher Hendley (collectively, the “Named Plaintiffs” or (‘plaintiffs”)1 bring *436this individual, collective, and class action against Ecolab, Inc.
