| gDefendant, Warren Sinceno, had appealed his conviction of second degree murder, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:3o.!.1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm. FACTS
The testimony adduced at trial showed that on April 7, 2009, at about 7:00 p.m., paramedics responded to a call for assistance in reference to a shooting that occurred in the 2500 block of Illinois Avenue, in Kenner, Louisiana.
