A partnership-, which had existed between plaintiff and defendant for several years, having been dissolved, plaintiff sued for a liquidation and settlement, but thereafter, without the advice of his counsel, agreed that the differences between defendant and himself should be settled by arbitration, and two arbitrators were selected, to whom the matter was submitted, without limitation, however, as to the time within which they should make their award.
