This is an appeal from an order dismissing a petition filed under section 72 which seeks to vacate an order of dismissal of plaintiff’s personal injury action.

Plaintiff, Gilbert Fennema, a member of the volunteer fire department of the Village of South Holland, was riding in a Village fire engine, on January 10, 1958, when he was injured in a collision.
