MEMORANDUM ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO SELL PROPERTY FREE AND CLEAR OF LIENS

The Debtor, New Era Resorts, LLC, filed a Debtor-In-Possession’s Motion for Authorization to Sell Property Free and Clear of Other Interests and/or Liens, Notice of Sale, and Notice of Hearing on May 11, 1999. By this motion, the Debtor seeks authorization to sell its real property located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, free and clear of liens and encumbrances.
