MEMORANDUM
ROBERT J. WOODSIDE, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before this Court is the Trustee’s Motion for Turnover of Property of the Estate. A hearing on the motion was held and supporting briefs were filed by the parties.
The issues before the Court are: (I) whether Debtor’s interest in two ERISA qualified defined contribution plans are excluded as property of the estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 541(c)(2) and (II) if Debtor’s interest is determined to constitute property of the estate, whether Debtor is entitled to any exemption of his interest in such plans pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(10)(E).
