The defendant, a psychiatrist, was convicted of multiple charges of unlawfully dispensing class B and C controlled substances, G. L. c. 94C, §§ 19, 32A, and 32B, and additional charges of filing false Medicaid claims, G. L. c. 118E, § 40. The defendant argues that the Commonwealth failed to present sufficient evidence to convict him of any of the charges. We reject the argument.
