OPINION BY ORIE MELVIN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Michael Tareila, appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following his negotiated guilty plea to one count of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI), fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. 1 On appeal, Appellant challenges the legality of his sentence. For the reasons that follow, we vacate the judgment of sentence and remand for resentencing.
