This is an appeal by Colt Industries, Crucible Steel Company (employer) from an order of the Workmen’s *584Compensation Appeal Board which affirmed a referee’s decision that Richard Mahoney (claimant) was eligible to receive compensation under Section lOS(n)1 of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2,1915, P.L. 736, as amended, added by Section 1 of the Act of October 17, 1972, P.L. 930, 77 P.S. §27.1(n), and Section 301(c) (2)2 of the Act, 77 P.S. §411(2), because he was disabled by an occupational disease. We affirm.
