This suit involved the title to a strip of land, but was in reality a controversy over the location of the boundary line between a tract of land owned by plaintiff, J. T. Decker, and a tract owned by the defendant, Bill Rucker; the disputed line being the west boundary of plaintiff’s tract and the east boundary of defendant’s tract. The trial was without the aid of a jury, and upon findings of fact and conclusions of law, which were reduced to writing and filed by the trial judge, judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant, from which plaintiff has prosecuted this writ of error.
