NORVELL, Justice.

These are driver’s license suspension cases. John Smith Casselman, Jr. and Odie Lavoy Morris brought separate suits against the Texas Department of Public Safety praying that the affirmative findings of a Justice of the Peace that both of them were habitual violators of the traffic laws of the State of Texas be set aside and that the orders of the Texas Department of Public Safety suspending their operator’s licenses be held for naught.
