By petition filed on June 22, 2005, respondent is alleged to have committed acts which, were he an adult, would constitute the crimes of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and possession of pistol or revolver ammunition in violation of Administrative Code of the City of New York § 10-131 (i) (3). In addition, petitioner also seeks an adjudication of juvenile delinquency based upon respondent’s alleged violation of Penal Law § 265.05 which prohibits the possession of specific weapons by…
