MONEOE, J.
The defendant was indicted upon two counts—the one, for breaking and entering a store in the nighttime with intent to commit a crime; and the other, for stealing $30. He was convicted of “larceny,” and has appealed from a sentence of imprisonment at hard labor for 18 months.
