WADE, Chief Justice.

Holmgren Land and Livestock Company appeals from a judgment granting specific performance of a contract to convey certain land to Eugene Peterson, plaintiff below and respondent herein.

The record discloses that Holmgren Land and Livestock Company, appellant herein, is a family corporation. Its stockholders, officers and board of directors consisted of the father, mother and three sons.
