MEMORANDUM & ORDER

BRIEANT, District Judge.

In this action brought under the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (the “ADEA”) 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the defendant filed a motion on July 12, 1993 seeking an order dismissing the Second, Third, and Fourth Counts of plaintiffs’ complaint; dismissing the claims asserted by certain of the plaintiffs; and requiring each of the plaintiffs to file with the Court a security bond sufficient to cover defendant’s attorneys fees and costs in the event that defendant should prevail, and for reasonable attorney’s fees.
