A Jefferson Circuit jury found Appellant, Lawrence Webster, guilty of second-degree manslaughter and of being a first-degree persistent felony offender (PFO). He was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment, which was enhanced to twenty years’ imprisonment due to his status as a PFO. He now appeals as a matter of right, KY.
