In a claim to recover damages under Court of Claims Act § 8-b for unjust conviction and imprisonment, the claimant appeals from (1) an order of the Court of Claims (Lengyel, J.), entered January 14, 1987, which granted the State of New York’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the claim and denied the claimant’s cross motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered February 9, 1987, which dismissed the claim.
