STATON, Judge.

In a dispute over the ownership of land, plaintiffs below, Robert and Mildred Cook (Cook), instituted a quiet title action naming as defendants Kurt and Margaret Hahn (Hahn) and the contract purchasers of the Hahn property, Eugene and Thelma Ries. Cook also sought $10,000 damages and all other proper relief. The trial court, without intervention of jury, found against Cook and denied all relief.
