Appellant, the United States Trustee for Region 21 (the “UST”), appeals from the bankruptcy court’s decision granting the *287application for payment of professional fees submitted by the individual members of the official committee of unsecured creditors (the “Individual Members”) in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy proceeding. See In re Lehman Bros. Holdings Inc., 487 B.R. 181 (Bankr.S.D.N.Y.2013).
