Appellant James Lewis appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his claim that defendant Louisville & Nashville Railroad (the “Railroad”) harassed and intimidated him in retaliation for his filing a complaint against the Railroad under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”).
