This is a motion by Spiller to amend the judgment of this Court and retax costs in St. Louis & San Francisco R. R. v. Spiller, 274 U. S. 304, which was decided on May 16, 1927. ' The October Term, 1926, closed, on June 6. Under Rule 31, the issue of the mandate was necessarily deferred until after the close of the term, as no order shortening the time for issue had been made.
