Soloff, J.), entered February 9, 1982, dismissing an indictment charging attempted grand larceny in the second degree and possession of burglar tools, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the indictment reinstated. 1 According to testimony before the Grand Jury, two civilian-clad policemen on anticrime patrol on Manhattan’s Upper East Side observed defendants, during the wee hours of the morning, “casing” parked automobiles.
