“This suit originally brought on the 10th day oí •‡-ugust, 1915, by the appellee, the Houston & Texas Central Railroad Company, against the appellants, Heidenheimer, Strassburger & Go., in ,4UoStice court: of Travis county, was for *{>163.85, being the amount alleged to be due as freight charges on certain shipments.
